Online Return Policy
We will refund full price of purchase within 48 hours of receiving your on-line order. This also includes orders placed with Same-Day Deliver. All items that are returned must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. No exceptions.
Any return request submitted over the 48 hour deadline and before 7 days, will be issued a store credit. Store credit is valid for 90 days.
All sales are final after 7 days of purchase.
All items marked on “sale” are final purchases and not available for refund or store credit.
In-store Return Policy
In-store purchases in our New York boutique may be exchanged for alternative items or store credit within 7 days of purchase date. Store credit is valid for 90 days. We do not offer refunds for jewelry purchases in-store.
No Refund of Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S and a $20 fee for Same Day Delivery in NYC. We do not refund shipping fees, such as fees for express shipping, international orders, Hawaii/Alaska orders, Same-Day Delivery or return shipping for items outside of our return policy.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through L’effrontée.
You have 7 days (including weekend) to send package back to return address provided. If package is not returned within 14 days of initiating return, it will be considered final sale and you will be responsible to ship goods back to your house. Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 2 business days. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. Card refunds may take several days for your bank to complete, depending on your bank’s processing time.
The quality of our products and your satisfaction are our highest priority. If you find that the item you ordered is damaged, contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can quickly address the issue and find the best solution.
If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it for store credit and purchase the new item separately. Please note that exchanges made from destinations outside of the U.S. will be processed for customs clearance and therefore additional import duties and tax charges may apply.
How to Return the Item
To initiate a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please include your order number (available in the confirmation email you received from L’effrontée when you made a purchase) and the reason for your return (we appreciate your feedback).
All domestic returns are on the customers expense; you will need to pay the return shipping if you would like to return an item. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in transit. If returning outside the U.S, L’effrontée will provide to you a commercial invoice for customs, which you will need to include with your international return.
